You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or create risk for other customers.

Do not use QLYX to track people in a way that breaks applicable law, to attack other systems, or to overload our infrastructure. You must not attempt to access another customer's data.

QLYX provides website analytics, bot filtering, and related dashboards. Features may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Tracking depends on your site loading our script correctly and on visitor browsers allowing it.
5. Liability
The service is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Quantum Byte Studios is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of QLYX. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update date means you accept the revised terms.
